How much do you charge for shipping ?
We offer FREE shipping worldwide !
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, Canada, India, United Kingdom & Shanghai. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialized in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-7 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 10 - 30 business days for delivery in the UK, US and Canada.
15-45 business days for international orders (depending on location). Some orders may take slightly longer if they are held up by Customs. This is rare but it is unpredictable and out of our control.

How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase due to faulty, defective or damaged items upon arrival and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
Unexpected returned orders will not be refunded, please contact us before returning.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping prices are skyrocketed and shipping restrictions are heavy. Flight carriers are not accepting return for countries with higher case of Covid-19.Therefore, we are not obliged to accept return for every customers.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 12-15 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Aurora Sunset. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. How can i cancel my order?
Once you make your purchase you have 90 minutes to cancel your order if you choose to do so, After this period your order will begin to be processed and/or shipped and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
